The Fed can not force people to borrow money, the crash in real estate has convinced the masses not to borrow, short term interest rates (the price of money) are now basically at zero and people are not borrowing even though home mortgage rates are at 60 year lows. Money is cheap because it is not in demand, a leading indicator that deflation is upon us because it is borrowing that creates inflation in a debit money system.

T-Bills are at zero percent just like the Great Depression, short rates will likely stay near zero for a long time.

2. Due to declining confidence in the US dollar and lack of political will to balance the budget, the Fed is forced to buy more and more Treasury debt so the Fed (the bank, a private banking corporation) forecloses of the the Federal Government and forces the US of A (an indebted corporation) into long term budget austerity.

4. Silver and Gold peak, then decline in huge waves due to a sea change in psychology, hyperinflationary fears give way to fear of deflation and the impulse to hoard cash. Gold bugs claim its a conspiracy as the gold bubble pops.

5. The grand omen of the USA adventure into Afghanistan will come to pass, Afghanistan is the graveyard of empires.

If someone is 100% accurate that might mean they know the plan.

The Case for Deflation in 2010

Prediction #25: Deflation is the primary economic theme of 2010.

Debt default is going to accelerate, in 2010 dozens of countries are going to start defaulting on debt, IMF debt. Inspired by Argentina's previous debt default a decade prior, in 2010 Greece and Iceland will default first then other nations will follow suit until a mad rush out of central bank debt becomes a primary political trend. This will drive the Jew owners insane and they will start threatening everyone, already in late 2009 the Jew controlled USA is attacking Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq and planning on attacking Columbia, Iran, and Russia. The Jew banksters will threaten everybody who attempts to default but nation states asserting their sovereignty will do it anyways, safety in numbers.

At first debt money creates tremendous stimulus to an economy. But as debt piles up the ball and chain of debt payments starts to drag on the economy until the deflationary effect of to much debt causes the growing economy to slow and crash. DEBT "MONEY" CAN ONLY EXIST SO LONG AS DEBT CREATION ACCELERATES. When debt levels reach the point that taking on more debt becomes impossible then deflation automatically starts to implode existing debt. It's not a conspiracy of central banks to crash economies, they want you in debt and enslaved to payments. It's a great big scam. As people figure this out they are going to default on debt owed to the supranational IMF and World Bank because they will reason that the economy could grow if it was not saddled with debt, especially if the debt was artificially created out of thin air by a criminal network of Jew banksters.

Deflation will become the new norm because if inflation was caused by debt creation, the elimination of debt by default will cause deflation. Already there are indicators of upcoming deflation, interest rates are near zero and the economy is still slowing.

The temporary recovery of 2009 will switch back to deflation in 2010 especially in the real estate market. The only reason to make mortgage payments on a $500,000 home is because inflation would cause the payments in real dollars to decline and push the home price up. The love affair of using real estate as an inflation hedge is over but the vast majority is still playing real estate as if inflationary trends of late were still in effect. They are not and when they figure this out they are going to bail, they are going to do it enmasse in a big way as they see foreign countries getting out of debt so will they.

This is an omen of what is to come for home prices.The last time lumber was that low was in the 1930's, in inflation adjusted dollars that $500,000 home was selling for less than $5,000. Home prices are still sky high even after the recent plunge. There is simply nothing out there to keep outrageous house prices propped up after 7 decades of inflation, it's over and the plunge has only begun.

Once the deflationary mindset settles into the mass consciousness, home price index curves will drop even more steep into 2010, going far below 100, down, down to at least the Great Depression lows just like lumber prices. I estimate somewhere around 70 as a good (first) stopping point (see chart above). It's really bad, and it's that bad, really! Eventually though price index will go to 10, far lower than the Great Depression because the excess of credit was far greater. We are looking at 10-20 years of housing deflation in the United States. Realtors be damned, please explain to me why houses can't keep falling? If the huge inflationary wave of many decades switches to deflation, the market is so top heavy with speculation that even in a normal economy it would take decades to absorb the current inventory.

And this analysis hasn't even considered the effects on prices in a civil war breaks out. What's your house worth if it's shot full of holes? Think it can't happen here? Think again, mega karma is coming down on this gluttonous, oil soaked nation of apostate Christian retards. All that death that's been exported is coming home, the evil chickens of empire building are coming home to roost.

Currently, millions upon millions of people are losing their homes, their credit rating wiped out along with every extra nickel they had in a last ditch attempt to salvage their mortgage payments. Prices are being sucked down by a vacuum of non credit worthiness, the simple fact is no one has any money to post even a modest down payment that nervous bankers now require. Who has cash? Almost no one. There are so many homes in foreclosure that banks are simply not even bothering to foreclose, ignoring the mounting tidal wave and hoping that the empty suit in the White House, teleprompter man, might have a plan. Ha!

If 2x4's are a $1 and OSB sheathing $5 then I can build a nice home for less than $20,000. So why are people paying $500,000 for the same house with interest? In the new era of deflation there is also new house math, mortgage payers are getting screwed royally. The same is true for consumer purchases financed with credit cards.

As I've written previously in this blog (just scroll down) the United States is a corporation susceptible to default and as with any other corporation. There is a limit to deficits and debt creation because there are limits in Nature, endless deficit spending is already coming to an end because those that purchase Treasuries have changed their minds. In 2009 the whole world has decided that its had enough with Uncle Sam's debt. In 2010, that wall of resistance will be reached, the USA won't be able to borrow, then the USA will default on its debt just like any other bankrupt entity. (Actually, the USA has been bankrupt for 40 years, but like any other strapped borrower, managed to stave off the inevitable by extending its debt. What everyone has forgotten is that deficit spending really is a form of delayed bankruptcy.)

There is a very real potential for hyper-deflation because of all of the credit default swaps which BTW are still growing to record levels. Total madness. I've written elsewhere about this, that CDS insurance was a way to pawn off bad debt by insuring it against default. But as we have seen, no bank can actually insure against debt default because unlike real insurance, there is no liquid asset to cover. Derivatives are the ultimate leverage that is ultimately backed by the full faith and credit of the nation state willing to bailout collapsing institutions. Prediction #21: The Sun Flips to a New Frequency in 2011- 2012

Justfication for Prediction #21:

Everyone wants to know what's going to happen on the Mayan end date. Recent crop circles gives us the clues to solve the riddle. Many of the 2009 crop circles where about the sun and CME's. The current solar cycle is not starting as predicted by the world's top scientists, another clue. Speculating, the sun is morphing and is going to suddenly shift to a new frequency on 2012. Life in the solar system is being re-coded for this shift. Humans on earth are undergoing a "DNA upgrade", the new program is being loaded. On the Mayan end date, time runs out - ready or not the solar system computer is rebooted and all the DNA upgrades are activated, the entire solar system is changed including the earth's shape.

I wrote a whole blog this summer about crop circles as the sun's signature. It is very speculative, I assert that the sun is trying to communicate to us. I still think I'm right, my gut says I'm right on. In fact 'spirit' , that mysterious voice in my head, the goddess muse says I nailed it just after I finished writing it. Of course I'm just pushing the computer keys, the flow of information is from the universe downloaded through my higher self then into my physical brain and body mind.

I call that shamanizing, which is the same as automatic writing. Anyone can do it, it's a trick I learned by being open and holding one's emotions against the backdrop until the Universe relents and gives up it secrets. No different than your kid bugging you till you give in just to free yourself. Reflecting back upon the process this is what I remember what happened. I have a casual interest in crop circles, a couple of times a year I look up crop circles on the internet or look at a crop circle book at a bookstore. Wow, what is that about I wonder.

Over time I become frustrated that I don't understand who's making them, obviously the sophisticated ones are not by some lunatic pranksters and I know that to be true because the MSM gatekeepers is discounting their revelance through ridiculous stories of Wallabies drunk in sugarcane fields or some such obvious propaganda ploy so that the masses don't take crop circles seriously. So that means the evil manipulators don't control crop circles, so the must be from a higher source, something beyond their control.

As I become more and more frustrated by not knowing, I also open myself up for the answer. The emotional frustration are e-waves or signals to the Universe. The Universe is like an automatic machine, although it's conscious, and it eventually answers (often humorously) so long as you don't relent. So that's how I did it, "by magic". lol ha ha ha ... aha! Remember the word "magic" is just like the word "random", words to describe something we don't yet fully understand. So to get some answers push on the membrane until the bitch pushes back.

(Note: Some call this machine god and then project their ego on the text. They are adament you believe the "word" as if words about and angry judgmental god was ever real. A much better metaphor is the genie in the magic lamp, you have to rub the lamp until it appears and grants your wish.)

Finally when the download came to me I wasn't really that conscious of it or what to write or what about. I just felt like writing an essay, in fact I was motivated to write about crop circles, a surge of energy made writing that essay effortlessly. Then when the energy ended, I lost interest and couldn't have penned one more line. It just ended. Then what happens a message comes through, like a grade or evaluation of how well you did. 1. DNA is a universal molecule, it is everywhere throughout the Universe

3. Sun goes through long cycles, the Mayans figured it out, the sun is ending a cycle
4. 2012 is about a DNA upgrade, a new human race and a new earth are being formed meaning that the solar system is being retuned, the earth is being tuned to a new frequency
5. The Universe is really old and really wise and our current conundrum of war and overpopulation is going to be solved because there's already a plan for our survival. The Universe didn't coax DNA along for billions of years and abandon its greatest creation at its moment of triumph. Not a chance. The Universe is a super matrix of consciousness, we are part of a larger system and we are going to be ok, a higher love vibration is coming to us all. We are going to thrive and get through the downwave and transform, homo sapiens the self deceived destroyer is going to evolve to a new higher consciousness.
6. This all seems fantastic but reality is stranger than fiction. If you think I'm joking consider this, why did man evolve to nearly hairless being during the ice ages. Makes no sense from energy conservation. The human form is a reflection of the Universe, even our sex drive is perfection itself. Religions that cover humans in shame is what is wrong. We are beauty itself. For the last two million years humans evolved during the ice ages, exactly coincident with freezing cold conditions. So why aren't we furry? Even today during the inter glacial period humans must be fully clothed in most climes in order to survive.

The product of ice ages? Obviously some other mechanism is at work.

Justifications for 2010 Predictions

Very few people are going to take my pronostications seriously so I decided to write this years as tongue in cheek humor, although I am serious. Most people refuse to see the obvious, that the conspiracy in Washington D.C. is Jewish Why that is is discussed at length in my other blogs, and I don't hate anyone, I'm just honest, if the criminals were Sicilians I'd say so.

The Federal Reserve is not Federal with almost no reserve and is a Jewish operation, Israel is running American foreign policy and that the ADL is a Mossad operation. Greenspan and Geithner are Jews as is Bernie Madoff along with Rahm Emmanuel and Summers. The list of Jews in positions of power is mile long and everyone denies it. A death cult rules, the majority of Americans are Christian and they the majority are psychically protecting the criminal Jewish elite.

This going to change and change fast, people are waking up and having to confront reality in the crash. Massive debts that can not be serviced is going to force the issue. Ten States and the Federal Government are teetering on debt default, the issue of the Federal Reserve as a private banking monopoly owned by foreigners is coming to the forefront of public debate.

I think deflation is here and going to win. Take for instance the next two charts, interest rates have dropped back to zero and money velocity has plummeted worse than the Great Depression.

Take a good look at this chart, remember the inflationary 70's when interest rates went up? Now they're zero with credit lines frozen, people don't want credit, they already have to much debt and it is the creation of new debt that fuels inflation. Trillions of debt are teetering on collapse because if people stop borrowing the bubble will implode BECAUSE THERE'S NOT ENOUGH ECONOMIC ACTIVITY TO KEEP HUNDREDS OF TRILLIONS OF THE WORLD DEBT BUBBLE INFLATED. The crash is now on automatic pilot, no one can stop what will happen next. Greedy bankers and their whore politicians promote credit and debt until it implodes from its own dead weight then they grab more power by imposing fascism in the crash. I say off with their heads!

So how is it that we are going to have hyperinflation? I'd bet on the exact opposite, hyper-deflation and default on gov't debt. Sounds impossible, right? Another indicator of which way the tide is going to flow is the contrarian viewpoint, if everyone is completely convinced of hyperinflation and that gold is going to the moon then the flow reverses. Looking at the charts, gold is in an exponential blowoff phase right now.

Panic is going to subside when deflationary forces win out. But the other metals like silver, platinum, copper, etc are way off their highs and not confirming gold's new all time highs. We'll see in 2010 which view wins out.

Ohio Pension Funds Sue Credit Rating Agencies

Why I can see the future and why you can't

There’s no trick to what I do. I assure you I'm all human without any alien or lizard DNA (as if that bullshit's real) nor am I a product of some secret government experiment with a hidden microchip buried under my skin.

I'm just a regular guy, 100% American.

What's happening to our beloved country is completely obvious to me, it requires no stretch of the imagination about what's going on and what's going to happen next.

For me prognostication is easy.

All is required is complete honesty and dedication to principle. A is A, B equals B and not C. So when I see the latest outrage I don't dismiss the logical consequences that must follow. When Bush is caught in a lie that means he's a liar and not to be trusted. Moral fiber and honesty are the attributes of a truly spiritual person, unlike this nation of spineless Christian retards.

The banking system is morally wrong therefore I detest it, therefore I do not participate in it by getting a loan. The Federal Reserve is the giant criminal syndicate, a huge inflation engine designed to rob us of our productivity. It has to rank as one of the greatest scams, except of course for the Holy Bible which undoubtedly holds the title as the greatest hoax of all time. So the two biggest frauds authorship is 100% Jewish. Do you see a pattern? Obvious to me but to you "that's crazy talk". A is A. Jews are causal, not little grey aliens or shape shifting lizards or Bilderbergers. (see my essay Shadows of the Beast )

So what exactly is it that I have and you don't? I want to know. I talk to lots of people and I hear a common thread, they are in denial of the very real credit meltdown unfolding. Big time denial. Some are getting mad at what I say even if my prediction is already past tense. But many are starting to crack, they are starting to modify their mindless consumerist spending. They have transitioned from clueless and stupid to clueless and worried.

I'm horrified mind you. I'm horrified at the stuff people buy, like grid houses and behemoth SUVs. I am really horrified how everyone actually likes credit and the current system. I never use credit. I have no credit cards. I hate indebtedness. Even a 100 dollar loan would bother me. If I need something I wait patiently for it to manifest, or I let it go. For me it's impossible to sign on the dotted line. The devil in the contract is the contract that needs your signature which is really your psychic approval. Hell owns you when you sign.

So why am I different? Because I'm spiritual, that's to say my spirit is present in my outward being. It's not suppressed. So my spirit overrides my ego, or it could be said more accurately that my spirit is present. So my true precense manifests as a physical reaction of repulsiveness toward enslavement, I actually feel sick every time I'm around law enforcement, courts, and preachers. They are all part of the evil control matrix that has its origins in Judeo teaching. In my mind it is perfectly clear that the Judeo-Christian memeplex is ground zero of the terror storm.

Speaking of spiritual presence, I'd bet that you have had that exact experience of resisting evil, but suppressed your natural inclinations because you thought (with your mind) that your survival depended on filling out that government form or bank loan. Now here's a shamanic observation I've made about most people, they have this spiritual presence but make the mistake of using alcohol or drugs to suppress those natural feelings. They cave into the system. Spiritual death.

A religious person is typically a spiritual fraud, because any spiritual person naturally seeks truth and that would eventually separate them from a codified rigid system. Spirit is free and knows it, or is it, while religion is a mind control program, doctrine being "the green pasture to put your mind to rest" as I often say. A religious person is being rigidly controlled through a fear based memeplex which is driven by the human motive of laziness so believers don't have to think.

A spiritual person allows thinking because they know they are free. Freedom is a political form of spirituality. The American Constitution is a spiritual document, it's intention is to bring this freedom unto all men. All men are born free. So it's easy to identify those who hate freedom and America. They lie to your face as they swindle your freedom in the name of protecting you. They are on your TV ever night, their nametags read Bush, Rice, Cheney, Paulson, and Chertoff.

Now we all know that Bush and Rabbi Skeletor Chertoff are trying to overthrow our republic. Bush appointed the ordained Rabbi as Homeland Security czar and no one notices? The 2007 subprime collapse pulls the US economy first into recession then outright deflationary housing depression. Rejoice! It’s finally ending – the outrageous Federal Reserve debt fraud has reversed and is now collapsing in upon itself. This is good news for those of us sick of Hummers, Bush, war, skyrocketing debt that has pushed prices ever higher. Remember that in the modern world of banking inflation is primarily caused by increasing money and credit. Ever increasing debt gives people more money to spend and that causes price inflation. In other words, as long as people can borrow (more and more exponentially) we’ll all screwed with higher prices, like cars that cost $25,000. Once the game stops, however, prices will fall, which is far better situation for the poor.

Here’s a sad fact – the American economy is driven by ever increasing borrowing, what happens when it stops and reverses? America would already be in an economic recession/depression if it were not’t for home equity borrowing. Americans are using the equity of the home as an ATM machine - truly a last desperate act of cash strapped Americans. Falling home prices will reverse this trend, equity borrowing will end and foreclosures will soar even on prime mortgages.

Real estate has been the biggest vehicle for the invisible transfer of wealth because of inflation and leverage. Millions were made millionaires because the credit bubble was greatly inflated carrying the real assets along. This was especially true of leveraged debtors who’s investments and homes soared in price making them wealthy overnight. In fact books and seminars touted “no money down” purchases to maximize gain by maximizing leverage. For the last several decades it’s been the bonfire of the vanities even to the point in some areas real estate could be flipped repeatedly for a tidy profit.
No one figured that little to no money down strategies only work when prices keep increasing.

But now, thank god, it’s over. Now for the margin call. The music has stopped and here’s what really interesting, most of the players were completely unaware that the bubble was all just an exponential credit phenomenon driven by the players themselves, in other words it was a mania. The fact is there is now over 45 trillion of outstanding federal, state, corporate, and private debt in America with asset values plummeting. Has anyone stopped to think about this? How is it possible for everyone to be in debt all at the same time? It’s impossible unless credit keeps expanding. So now that the subprime bust is toppling prices, the next series of dominoes will fall like the no money down investors or low equity homeowners. All through 2008 we’ll see story after story about the woes in the housing market. Bush will be frozen like a scared rabbit and do nothing.

Home prices in terms of gold basically remained flat. That proves that soaring house values were a monetary/credit inflation driven phenomenon. In other words it was a lie, just like when they created the fiat money system they did so in secret they named the private bank ‘Federal Reserve’ which is neither Federal or with reserves. In 2008 many people will find themselves upside down in their home mortgages where they owe more than the house is currently valued (no different than many auto loans made recently where the buyer was upside down on the loan the moment he drove off the lot). This will lead to the next phenomenon, upside down borrowers will walk away from their debts in search of cheaper property. Many central California buyers are already seeing 40-60% price decreases in their neighborhood even though they bought just 12-36 months ago.

The experts told us that Southern California real estate prices could never fall because everyone wants to move there. The fact is SoCal prices are falling. Real estate professionals are really greedy liars (or idiots) who instinctively know that commissions are based on selling optimism. Who’s going to buy if you tell them the price is going to collapse? Regardless, prices are overly inflated and are correcting in a multiyear decline and will probably drop below the nominal growth trend before recovering. Markets tend to over-correct or they oscillate around a nominal value. American real estate was a mania just like tulip mania in Holland c. 1636.

Now that the credit bubble has popped, financial Armageddon is upon us, the upcoming collapse will be a wave repeat of the 1930’s depression. Bush’s inflationist pick Ben Bernanke can do nothing to stop the collapse because it is a mass psychological driven phenomenon – banks can not be forced to lend and consumers can not be force to borrow. All the Fed can do is lower rates so some pundits have nicknamed the Fed chairman as Helicopter Ben because of his Senate inductions comments that he would helicopter over America and throw cash out. This is nonsense, in the upcoming collapse the Fed is going to save itself and not monetize bad debt. That’s exactly what it’s doing right now. Remember the Fed is a for profit private bank. 2008 will at least provide us with joyless entertainment during the upcoming Congressional hearings and political hand wringing. Helicopter Ben might even be made the scapegoat and replaced with the Wolfowitz. Bet your last paper dollar that GWB will bailout the big banks and his corporate pals forgetting about the poor and middle class just as he did with Enron and Katrina.

The modern fractional reserve system is truly crazy and the source of our economic instability. So why do we put up with it? Are we insane? No. Most people are caught in the credit web, existing day to day, and are completely unaware of how the system works. Most are concerned about their credit rating when they should be learning how to live without credit. In 2008 many people will learn that cash is king and learn to hate credit. That will be the long term learned emotional response stopping any further bubbles.

There’s a 75 year cycle in American politics and I would say President Bush is parallel to Herbert Hoover (with apologies because Hoover had morals and Bush has none). Like Hoover , Bush will do nothing. So far this is true, all the mortgage rate re-adjustment plans are doing nothing to stop the collapse. And this will mystify everyone; the government is powerless to stop the debt implosion. This is because our money is created by floating debt, but that ‘credit’ money only covers the principle, not the interest. Theoretically even in a boom there is not enough ‘money’. So in a bust money becomes tight no matter what the Fed does because as debt disappears into the vacuum of modern book keeping and existing debt becomes impossible to service because the “money supply” keeps decreasing. Just like the 1930’s. It’s actually funny how pathetic the situation is, once exponential debt creation reaches it’s peak and reverses it will automatically collapse.

Many are worried about hyperinflation. Indeed, gold and oil are making new highs. Since 2001 copper prices have soared until just a few months ago. For the last couple of years copper plumbing and wiring were being stolen from new construction, this was a wave repeat from the high prices of late 1970’s when heirloom silver and was melted down and copper pennies were worth more than one cent. But now with the housing bust copper prices are dropping like a rock even though copper stockpiles and inventories are at cyclical lows. Copper is a bellwether indicator of the economy as it precedes the new trend. Falling copper prices means a recession is imminent. Once the hyper-inflationary fear subsides gold will follow copper and drop like a rock. Oil prices, however, could remain high because of peak oil, ever increasing demand. Indeed everyone needs oil to drive but no one really needs gold. Oil could soar above $200 if nuclear World War 3 starts between Israel and Iran. So high oil prices are likely even during an American recession. Those countries that instituted high fuel economy standards will be least affected while in America subsidized SUV automakers will be destroyed financially. Ford and GM have over a half trillion in debt and are only staying afloat because SUV purchases were financed from home equity extraction. So goes GM, so goes the America.

A lot of people are now saying that we’re going into a recession and that it’s going to be bad. A small minority are saying it’s going to be really, really bad. All I’m saying is that it’s going to be far worse than you can possibly imagine, an all out deflationary depression of at least one magnitude worse than the 1930’s. Mathematically that means the new depression’s dimensions will be a phi fractal multiple deeper and longer than the 1930’s, so take the length of the GD and multiply by 1.618 (phi).

If the US dollar continues it’s historic decline it will threaten the continuance of the US Global Empire and US Iraq involvement. So, eventually the US will have to defend its currency or lose empire. The Fed can only lower interest rates so far until he has to start raising interest rates defending the dollar. Ultimately a severe dollar route will force the Fed to defend the government’s ability to borrow. So I expect the Fed to raise rates soon, during the current dollar route, or risk losing of foreign confidence permanently.

Remember, the US Government is running $300-500 billion yearly deficits and has nearly 10 trillion of outstanding debt that it needs to continually rolled over. Not to mention 50 trillion of unfunded liabilities. The situation is truly grim. Interest rates could soar to unprecedented levels or the dollar could free-fall and loose another 90%. Either way we are screwed. 2008 is the battle between dollar devaluation and US solvency. At the same time the rest of the world is now starting to sell oil for anything besides dollars because now they realized that the dollar is being rapidly devalued. Well guess what? The dollar oil standard is the only reason why we can afford 730 foreign military bases in a 140 countries and a trillion dollar a year trade deficits. Even more amazing is that America sucks up 80% of the world savings to finance these deficits. You have to wonder about the sanity of foreigners to lend to an immoral and fiscally bankrupt society. Obviously this trend is going to end suddenly in 2008.

David Rockefeller is screwed along with his bank Chase Manhattan (symbol JPM). Chase is loaded to the gills with phony derivatives which are fictitious values of fictional FRN book keeping entries and can only exist if asset values keep increasing. I call it karma. There’s something like 900 trillion dollars of derivatives floating out there in cyberspace. What are they worth once confidence evaporates? They are worth no thing. So rejoice! We are going to be wonderfully entertained throughout 2008 as the political fools squirm and David Rockefeller’s fraudulent Federal Reserve System collapses. It’s actually funny how ridiculous the modern money system is. JPM stock has yet to decline like Washington Mutual, Citibank, CFC etc. Many bank and mortgage lender stocks have already crashed like 1929. Some, like Ameriquest, simply disappeared overnight. Good luck to the 34 states currently suing Ameriquest for fraudulent lending practices, it’s now a non-existent company. There is absolutely no way bank stocks can recover in the current situation of deflation and squeezed reserve margins. One by one they all will fall, can you say bank holiday? The parallels between 1932 and 2008 are eerie.

US Presidential election? As the system crashes the sheep might run scared for the authoritarian. Principled voters are a small minority and now that socialism is entrenched many people are afraid of self-reliance. Ron Paul will probably spoil the Republican ticket giving Zionist endorsed Democratic candidate the Presidency just as Ross Perot (initials RP) threw it for Bill Clinton in 1992. Ron Paul ran on the Libertarian ticket previously but this time he’s running as a Republican and certainly won’t be able to get very many Republican Party Caucus votes early on. There is a historic similarity to FDR who ran for vice president in 1920 at the start of the Roaring Twenties and lost only to win in a landslide in the depths of the 1932 depression. Ron Paul also ran a Presidential campaign during the roaring 80’s and 90’s and now his message of liberty is energizing the electorate. Don’t underestimate the power of this spiritual force. Ron Paul is carrying the spirit of the American dream of individual liberty and is a breath of fresh air to the current entrenched despots. Americans are waking up and they want Ron Paul. As unlikely as this seems, Ron Paul might win.

Ron Paul will likely become ever more popular as the economy sinks. It is as if Americans realize that this is it, if we don’t rally now all will be lost. I expect Ron Paul’s fortune to keep gaining all through 2008 into the November election. Remember America’s do nothing leaders Bush, Paulson and Bernanke can do nothing to stop the collapse, they’re clueless as to the magnitude of the tsunami that’s going to sweep them away in 2008 toppling the world’s economy into the world’s biggest depression, making the 1930’s look like boy scout campout.

Now consider this theory about the rise and fall of nation states. America is a post peak industrial civilization in the middle of an epic decline that is turning to fascism as a survival strategy. As our nation became wealthy, redistribution of that wealth (i.e. Social Security, Great Society, and global empire) became popular and the government grew into a monster, currency debasement became inevitable. Inflation set in and toppled our productivity, which was the source of wealth. So our money masters turned to empire building as a survival strategy for their corrupt system. Now they’re using terrorism as a way to invade sovereign states (for oil) and impose strict societal controls as a way to protect factories from social unrest. So fascism is the banker technique of controlling profits and assets during epic declines. Fascism at this juncture is inevitable.

A huge reaction is building against this banker imposed fascist control matrix. Fascism is really corporate despotism and a last attempt to stave off the inevitable decline of a failed economic system. Fascism only accelerates the decline as it destroys the moral and economic foundation that the nation grew upon. It is the last act of failing system to artificially stimulate production through external war (War of Terrorism). Eventually the foreign wars are going to lead to the internal destruction of America. A perfect recent example is 1930’s Nazi Germany, which is being repeated today here in America. Germany gladly followed Hitler as his plan provided jobs and put everyone to work but his rearmament program lead to external war and eventually the destruction of the homeland as the world reacted to his foreign aggression. Long before the Hitler government began restricting the rights of the German Jews, the leaders of the worldwide Jewish community formally declared war on Hitler’s Germany. This time it could repeat if Ron Paul cancels or nationalizes the Jewish owned Federal Reserve – the world Jewish bankers would declare war on America.

Escalating violence in Iraq spreading into a larger war is the threat overhanging the world and one the Jihadists promise to fulfill. Expect the horrible daily events in Iraq to worsen from catastrophic to apocalyptic. Expect the violence to spread into nearby states and into eastern Europe.

Believing is the result of not knowing, irrational state policies are the result of acting on blind belief and not being pragmatic about facts. Once again we will learn that the unique American policy of separating religion from politics is a really, really good idea. Bush’s end times beliefs that resulted in Iraq blunder will be the final chapter of the right wing Republican ‘faith based’ culture.

The real American culture is anti-war and can only be manipulated for so long before they catch on. They are on to the 911 scam, they’ve read PNAC, they remember Vietnam , they are on the internet learning about the real reasons that foment the war. An unknown problem is that capitalists have invested large amounts of capital into fixed assets. Indeed, the terrorists are not after Canada or Mexican targets.

No grid = no stuff.

Recently I witnessed a modern horror, a winter storm that shut down the grid for 2 days. Towns had to provide emergency shelter for homeowners that were forced out of their darkened electrically powered house after only a few hours during the power outage. Grid houses instantly became cold sinks, unlivable death traps. The unwritten assumption behind the tract houses was that the grid would always be on. Then I witnessed the next modern horror, there was no gasoline! Not a single filling station had a back up generator! Then the food stores closed – no electricity to run the computerized cash registers. It is a foregone conclusion that when terrorism strikes America ’s shores, we are going to lose big time. Overweight, TV addicted, dumb down Americans are going to squeal like stuck pigs when the light switch doesn’t work and their furnace doesn't automatically kick on.

Do an experiment, flip the main breaker to your house off and see if you can see (or read), stay warm, cook, shower, or use any power tool for long. Even the battery operated laptops or power tools will soon discharge. Any propane device (lanterns, cookstoves) will eventually need more propane. I live in a remote area where the grid routinely fails every winter. I get lots of practice surviving, and I have to say life becomes quiet without electricity. Bush is an idiot.
